    Nimoy. Shatner. DragonCon is coming up next weekend.  For the first time in 4 years, Glen (the original and legit geek in the family) said we weren’t going.  BSG is done.  Caprica hasn’t won us over completely.  Yeah, Warehouse 13’s Pete and Artie are coming but he didn’t seem as excited as previous years.  I was starting to be okay with not going until I saw the PBS Special on it, and now I think I’ll go - with or without him!   This year, I want to go and really explore other facets and tracks that I gave but a passing glance when reading the programme.  LARP - Live Action Role Play.  Ms. Klingon Empire.  Alternate History. Maybe even the Goth track.   It will be a rainbow of all things nerdy and geeky - it will be awesome :)  After all, where else would one cross the street with Spiderman, share a Starbucks table with an orc, line up at the rest room between a fairy and a vampire, and have your picture taken with Sci-Fi royalty?   So yeah, I’m going to DragonCon 2010.
